GEPF Retirement Benefits Fund is currently seeking to recruit the suitably qualified and competent Tanzanians to fill the existing vacancy. the incumbet is expeted to be dynamic, committed and honest results oriented and mus meet te required quqlifications
- holder the masters degree in marketing or coommunications or public relations, plus at least 13 years of working experience 3 of which must be at a supersisory in a reputable instituions
- should have a strong background of social security or financial institutions
- must be acomputer literacy
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute marketing and communications strategy of the fund products and services
- coordinate the assessment of the needs ans wants of the members segment to ensure the fund products and servicea are competitively aligned to member needs
- commission appropriate and relevant market research and develop strategiees to counter competitions
- constantly monitor customer satisfications levels and respond to complaints including isntituting mechanism for maintaing acceptance customer services
- responsible for the design productions and distributions fo paper and electronic publisations of the fund
- execute effective communications and corporate social responsibility strategy
- liaise with other directorates and units of the fund to answer queries from the members of the fund media, organizations, and individuals interested in the activities
AGE LIMIT : not above 45
