The company is currently seeking to recruit a qualified, highly motivated, self-disciplined and experienced Accountant to manage the company day to day financial transaction of the Company

ABOUT THE VACANCY 

OVERALL:

The company is currently seeking to recruit a qualified, highly motivated, performance driven and experienced Loan Officer to grow quality loan book

KEY DUTIES:

▪︎ To perform all company products sales to existing and potential customers to achieve the assigned targets;

▪︎ To process both individual and group loan applications, which meet, described requirements.

▪︎ To conduct business, home visits and analyzing credit worthiness and ability to repay for approved loan application;

▪︎ To undertake close monitoring of client performance after disbursement including ensuring loan is paid on time according to loan contract

▪︎ To make close follow up of all delinquency clients and ensuring that loan paid as per the contract agreement;

▪︎ To perform all credit activities as described in company policy, process and procedures;

▪︎ To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit to the immediate supervisor

▪︎ To perform all duties to be assigned by the supervisor

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

▪︎ A minimum of diploma in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or any business related course.

▪︎ Good knowledge and experience in credit operations both group and individual lending

▪︎ The successful candidate must have worked in the microfinance for at least two year with good performance

▪︎ Good knowledge and ability to analyze micro and small business

▪︎ Excellent mathematics and communications skills
