We are looking for someone senior who's driven by passion, while being naturally creative and imaginative with excellent local market understanding. A Tanzanian with a strong proficiency in visual identity, editorial design, pre-press and visual arts, but also very keen on brand principles and has a creative flair for the digital world including web, animation, motion graphics and interactive design. You should be able to carry a project from concept to delivery! Photography and videography skills will be a big plus. You will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 other graphic artists and designers, so management experience will be an added advantage.

Required qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience, Some amazing skills in Adobe

Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign Strong illustrative and typographic expertise with a keen sense of detail

Flexible and Promptness to make adjustments quickly and with ease

Ability to work well in solo, as well as within a team environment
